Project GUIDE Application

Project GUIDE is a paid pre-apprenticeship workforce training program that prepares youth and young adults ages 16–24 for careers in the construction and skilled trades industry. Participants gain hands-on training, industry-recognized certifications, and career readiness support to help transition into employment or continued education.

  • Participation requires commitment to the full program schedule

  • Training includes hands-on activities and job site experiences

  • Space is limited, and not all applicants will be selected
