Project GUIDE: 8-Week Pre-Apprenticeship Program

Project GUIDE is an 8-week pre-apprenticeship workforce development program designed to prepare youth ages 16–24 for careers in construction and the skilled trades. The program provides industry-aligned training including OSHA-10 and NCCER Core credentials, covering foundational construction knowledge and essential workplace safety. Participants gain hands-on experience through supervised community-based projects while developing professional standards and craftsmanship. In addition to technical skills, the curriculum includes job-readiness coaching, financial literacy education, and direct connections to industry leaders for apprenticeship and employment opportunities.
